The strap width in respect to it's use on our website, always refers to the width of the strap at the end that connects to the watch, the spring bar or LUG end of a watch. We reference this end, as this is critical in selecting the correct width strap for your watch.

The width of the strap you select, should always match up with the distance between the LUG's on your watch case (refer image below). You can usually locate the width of your watch LUG's on the manufacturer's or retailer's website from where you purchased your watch. Alternatively, (and probably quicker) simply measure the distance with a ruler (again refer image below).

Very poor quality plastic

I have ordered 8 different straps so far from Sydney Strap Co, and while I have wished some could have been a bit better or more durable or I have had to mod some to my taste, I have not felt any need to make comment on them. Over all the company has been super responsive and very fast with shipping, so no issue on that front. HOWEVER.... This Perlon strap is utter garbage. It has a very brittle plastic feel, very ridged and rough for fabric, clasp is very poor and feels like I should have got it free with a happy meal. I took it out of the packet and as soon as I touched it I wanted to throw it in the trash, however gave it a test on wrist with watch at least if nothing else. And then threw it in the trash. Glad it was not more then the $13 I paid.... Avoid this particular strap....

Perlon straps are the best

I won't use anything other than these perlon straps for everyday wear. Only strap I have found that fits any wrist perfectly. Durable and hardy for manual tasks and wet tasks
